It’s been awhile, so allow me to reintroduce myself

I am the Okayest Chef.

I started The Okayest Chef blog in November 2019 because I was missing something to call my own – I was hobby-less. 

A year plus has elapsed and clearly I haven’t committed to being consistent. I overwhelmed myself trying to stick with a rigid set of guidelines for what this blog would be. I convinced myself I didn’t have enough hours in the day to make it happen. My life was not in balance. I stumbled, but with heavy pressure from a friend (Hi Megan) I am pledging my allegiance to writing about food

This time without guidelines. 

I am going to make food, eat food, and learn about food.

The only thing I will promise is it WILL be RELATABLE.
